Tatsumi-san will fuck your shit up in an economically efficient manner, and then he will have a cup of tea. Unless he is too busy being awkward with Tsuzuki.

Officially employed by the Camp as camp business advisor, Tatsumi actually came to CFUD (by helicopter) to track down the rest of the Shokan Division employees, who had disappeared into this void somewhere around Louisiana, the year 2006. At the current time, the plot holes wormholes in the YnM universe are seen as a potential cause of this. Tatsumi is currently residing in Boy's Cabin 7, with Tsuzuki and Hisoka, among others. A typical day in Camp consists of Tatsumi doing lots of paperwork, yelling at Tsuzuki, glasses-flashing at somebody, and bitching with Hisoka and not-fighting with Watari.

It is suspected that Ohtori Kyouya is his mini-me.
