Timeline for Barn Raising
James took really good notes and will send this. Next workday is Dec 4 at 1:00 p.m. at Tom and Linda's

Action Items
Linda wasn't present, so we volunteered her for the following:

• Make a flyer to advertise the barn raising
• Check with Organics By Gosh to see if we can get some kind of deal at least on delivery of soil.
• Tom is going to check into getting some recycled paint for the shed
• James is going to get with Bryan from Keep Austin Beautiful to set up the sponsorship so we can have non-profit status
• Mohan is going to follow up on the Tree Folks application, and talk to Scott about options for digging 16 holes.
• Mohan is going to check with Randalls and Casa Grande about providing refreshments for the Barn Raising
• Tom is going to try to get a tent for the Barn Raising
• Elizabeth is going to make temporary signs from some banner fabric which Gloria donated when she overheard us talking about signage.
• Elizabeth will organize a children's art activity for the Barn Raising.
• After Mohan gets a date from Tree Folks, Jimmy will try to contact the Boy Scouts.
