cover is a one-sided black & white fotocopy. label on cassette is handwritten by albrecht/d. in my late 70s version ("Music from the death factory" on one side; "Throbbing Gristle" on the other); my late 90s version has handwritten "TG: Death fact." on one side, the other side is rubberstamped with "MUsiC from ThE DEaTH faCt0Ry".
