imagine a time when there were no cd-rs nor mp3s, even colour tv was hardly invented: the late seventies and early eighties of the last century. the diy-punk revolution had inspired literally thousands of artists, bands and projects to send out their noises to the world. having vinyl records pressed was far too expensive for most of us, so we decided to flood the non-existing market with billions of cassettes.
