autofick
tübingen 1980-1982. punk-fake to out-punk the boring old student-punks of tübingen. very loud, very drunk, very short songs covering all cliché-topics of cliché-punks: no future, scheiss bullen, blöde hippies, anarchy in reutlingen, tübingen brennt vor langeweile, dosenbier kills fascists. funny. they opened their german version of "stab your back" by the damned (neatly entitled "ich stech dich ab") with a long lecture/discourse about how kurt schwitters, john cage, stockhausen, kevin ayers, derek bailey, fred frith, lol coxhill and all the others are connected to punk. in the worst case this was 30 seconds of name-dropping, in the best case it was some ten minutes. in addition to their repertoire of about 25 songs all between 12 and 76 seconds long they had two tracks that in the tradition of attraktiv und preiswert a.k.a. A & P could have lasted for ever: one cover-version of a song tödliche doris had never even heard of though we credited it to them (unsere seele ist der mikrokosmos im makrokosmos) and a one-word-punk-blues called kalashnikov. great times we had.

discographical and cassettographical annotations:
kopf zu, finger in arsch, pogo!
cassette 1982: "kopf zu, finger in arsch, pogo!"
the title was shamelessly stolen from liquidipur, a 1978 north-german punk band that included the younger brother of siemers.
three tracks (deutscher girls, scheiSS staat, stuttgart brennt) were stolen from them as well.
find more about "kopf zu, finger in arsch, pogo!".

the cassette was officially released on vinyl in 1997 by External link very good records. danke, thomas.

autofick on compilations etc.
autofick had a track called something like "splitthebeatlesup" on KLÄNG # 3.

a live version of "scheissbullenscheissstaat" was included on siemers: an instant party inter pares.

one of the very early extremMist releases (External link later to become x-mist) included the semi-bootleg cassette Z.S.K.A & autofick live in pforzheim 29.05.1982.
Z.S.K.A. was andy hofmann, the younger brother of armin. this was his first ever solo concert. autofick played more than 31 songs in less than 30 minutes.

one track on dilett sampler 1

Autofick has it's return in 2005 as a new wave pose from tübingen, but it's not worth the listening, especially the singer Tergin is terrible and untalented.
