Six months for R&R, six months for acceptance.

6 months for rejection. They didn't even send reviews, pretty annoying. The rejection letter
was vague and unhelpful. I won't submit to them in the future.

10.5 months for a rejection! With the rejection, I received two reviews. One was thoughtful and helpful, although clearly written at least six months ago (based on its referencing of current events). The second review was short, abrupt, and didn't evidence that the reviewer had even read the manuscript. Aside from the unhelpful review, I never formally received notice or apology about the extreme delay
in getting me a decision. Despite my regular emails requesting an update, I received no contact from the editors (although an assistant did eventually send me a two-line email that there was a delay). I will not be submitting to T&S in the future.

I've been accepted and rejected at T&S. Yes, they do take longer than average. But for every case I've had good reviews (i.e. helpful comments), and the T&S staff are very good people to work with in the process. So my experience has been consistently more positive, even for a rejection.
