Highly professional. The editor turned around all comments from reviewers in a matter of weeks. Comments from reviewers were detailed, highly-informed, and very helpful. After the paper was accepted, the editor helped to re-organize the paper's section's in a more logical arrangement.

I'm still a little annoyed by my experience with them. We got an R&R from the previous editorial team. We revised the manuscript and resubmitted it in about 3 weeks. When we got the response to our revision back, we were informed that it had been handed off to the new (present) editorial team. They assured us we had addressed all of the reviewers' concerns, but the editor decided they didn't think it was right for the journal despite that fact. Bad form, if you ask me.
