Took about 11 months to get (favorable) response to submission. Reviews were helpful.

Change of editor Summer 2008 and use of electronic submission. Received a revise and
resubmit with previous editor (8 months), and submitted revisions with new editor.
Took about 8 weeks to receive favorable response of "conditional acceptance" and
only 48 hours to "full acceptance" after submitting changes.
