ADDING YOUR DATA FOR A JOURNAL ALREADY LISTED: Click on the partial edit icon (looks like a tiny page) next to the journal title. The editor decides on the referees, if any. The editor is likely to comment extensively on the reports of the referees, of whihch there are typically two, sometimes one, sometimes three (especially if the reports conflict). The refereeing is blind. All decisions are scrutinised by all editors. Resubmissions typically get sent back to the initial referees. This information was provided by the journal.

9. How much of the journal's operation is electronic: The submission process is electronic.
10. Information about the editorial process: Submissions are assigned to an Associate Editor. The Associate Editor either rejects it or sends it out to two referees. If the paper passes the two referees and the Associate Editor, then it still has to go before the entire Editorial Board. The two referees are sent each others' comments after a final decision is reached. In cases of a revise and resubmit, the journal makes every effort to send it back to the original two reviewers. The referee process is blind, but I'm not sure whether the initial vetting from the Associate Editor is.
