Working With MigraDoc

We are working on the MigraDoc documentation.
The best way to get started is: download PDFsharp with MigraDoc and look at the MigraDoc samples.
As of PDFsharp 1.0 we include a sample that shows how to mix MigraDoc and PDFsharp in document creation.
