This is the default welcome page which you can replace with your content.

To create a new page you normally edit an existing page and place a [[link]] - a text surrounded by [[ and ]].
That link will then be displayed in a different color to visualize that the page behind that link does not exist yet.

Furthermore you have a lot of different formatting options available to use:

2. tables
3. simple formattings like

As wiki owner you should also have a close look into the management section, which you can reach via the top menu bar.
