Reggae is a definition of good mood.

What exactly is reggae ? Word 'reggae' means "for king", because it's made for Jah {God).
This music purpose is to transfer positive vibration, joy and luck. Besides, it make us sensitive to bad things
which happen around the world. Certainly, reggae is a kind of music, which approximates us to Africa.
The roots are in African tribes. People gave base, striking rhythm on drums.
From the start, reggae wasn't complicated music. Its rhythm is simple, regular almost hypnotizing.
Thanks to Bob Marley it has been diffused all over the world. Many people have followed Bob's footsteps
and continued popularization of this music. During the last years, different blocks of this music have been created.
For example "dancehall reggae", "dub reggae" etc.


Biography:
Reggae is a music genre first developed in Jamaica in the late 1960s.
While sometimes used in a broader sense to refer to most types of Jamaican music, the term reggae more
properly describes a particular music style that originated following on the development of ska and
rocksteady. It is popular in the environment of movement Reggae Rastafari. History reaches over 400 years
for early times of African slavery. Tradition that had influence on reggae music was nyabinghi and musical
sorts like calypso, blues, mento, numerous african rhythms, indian raga, soca, ju-ju, salsa, music of
amerind of southern america, company, rumba, cumina-burru, samba and others. Bob Marley has initiated
reagge music and he was the king of this kind of music.
