HOBART & WM SMITH: Any news?
LEBANON VALLEY COLLEGE: Did anyone else get an e-mail or call from those clowns? They emailed me asking me if I was available, even though they ALSO did not interview me at the AHA. They must have interviewed a bunch of Yaleies and have come to know the hard way that the Ivies would rather take an offer from a Notre Dame, Maryland, et al.
The dude at LVC sounded lost and deflated.
What's up with Maryland? Any buzz? Their schedule of Sr and Jr candidate talks is listed on their web page.; Yes, but it does not name who the candidates are...
Any one know anything about the St. John's position for Race and Ethnicity in the Americas? rejection email received 1/26
Any thoughts on Augusta State U's phone interview? What did you think of it?
Doesn't TCNJ seem like a fake search?? The ad is suspiciously specific, and they (coincidentially) have someone there specializing in LA economic history.
Totally. They have someone who fits the exact requirements. SUNY-Oneonta seeks a Latin American historian who focuses on the Carribean. Guess what? They have someone there right now with the very same interests. Maybe both schools are worried that their in-house candidates will find better jobs and are looking to protect themselves.
What about York U. ?
