I submitted in June of 2007. I don't know if it's changed since then, but I had to snail-mail it in. NO email. NO web submissions.
-Five months later I emailed the editor to find out where the paper was.
-They told me to expect it within the month (after winter break)
-I got rejected, but for good reason. After reading the reviews, I realized the paper was not publishable.

-I was asked to Revise and Resubmit twice. Each review process took about 6 months. After a 18 month process and following the reviewers' suggestions...my piece was rejected.


-The new Editor has switched to electronic submissions.
