Heresies of the Known Worlds

The following faiths and cults, while not usually as overtly malevolent as Antinomy, fall outside the doctrines of the Universal Church, and their practicioners suffer varying degrees of persecution.

Sathraism - A mystical faith founded by the first spacefarers, Sathraists seek divine communion through use of the jumpgates.
Gjarti - The worship of nature, often in an anthropomorphised form.
Manja - A form of ancestor worship and necromancy practiced almost soley by the nobility. Based on distorted Ukari rituals.
Zuranism - A faith and lifestyle drawn together from a mesh of different religious beliefs, some predating the church itself.
Incarnates - The Incarnates are an individualistic branch of the Universal Church which rejects the authority of the Patriach.
Banjak - The native religion of the Ur Ukar is a sinister, bloody form of polytheism.
Badaswaba - A fusion of church teachings and Vorox shamanism which is deemed unacceptable.
El-Diin (Kurganism) - A dualistic heresy based on the beliefs of the Kurgan Caliphate.
Technosophy - The church holds that use of technology without penance is a sin. Technosophs believe in the unrestrained study of technology, often regardless of any ethical or moral standard. This heresy is not uncommon among guilders, espectially among Engineers.
