Potentially one of the more interesting Vigilante characters if we could just get round to writing a story with her in it.
Here's what we know about her:
She's a police officer. She is a Vigilante agent. She has two co-workers and friends called Bider and Kird.
She knows things no-one else does (BIG things.)
She hates Jan Doyle for no just reason (born enemies I guess.)
Blond hair. Quiet. Professional. Has many contacts on the streets, in Vigilante, in the police force, in the Conspiracy, etc etc.
