South African police security woman who wears far too much rouge and eye-liner. She speaks with enthusiasm to children. In roll-call she grins and plays with a yo-yo. Blonde hair tied back in a pony-tail. Corruption is a way of life in her outfit and she does not see the abuse of citizens as particularly evil.
REPORT The accident on Silver Street. Whilst journeying on a double decker Mainline bus, I am standing at the front near the driver. The driver is caucasian, approx. 30 years old with short dark-blonde hair. his face is clean shaven, unblemished but bland. As the bus turns the corner into Silver Street, I am suprised to see an old man in the middle of the crossing unable to walk particularly fast. The bus strikes him, and he goes under the vehicle without much of a bump. The driver keeps the vehicle in motion, his face expressionless as [if] in shock. Eventually he comes to his senses. There is much muttering amongst the passengers and those near the back are looking through the rear window but as I am at the front I cannot see how badly injured the old man is.
The driver loops the bus around the road system to bring us back to the crossing and now I see the horror of the accident. At the crossing there are only the old man's ten fingers scattered around in a thin patch of blood. A long smear of slightly lumpy juices mark the passing of the bus. A hundred feet down the road we eventually come across the most tangible remains of the old man; his ragged body twisted and mostly empty having caught some part of his insides on the tarmac and having it scraped and unravelled as he was dragged along by the machinery under the bus.
(Walking through town with my friends, we kept coming across the remains of the accident after the body had been taken away)
