BUILDINGS
Huts, houses, command posts and other small single level houses have 1 ARMOUR
Two-storey buildings or bunkers / armoured command posts have 2 ARMOUR
Three-storey buildings or other big fat tall structures have 3 ARMOUR
No building with have more than 3 armour. Larger buildings that spread over more than one square, you simply divide up into sections.
Wooden, brick, masonry and other buildings of simple construction have 4 STRUCTURE
Reinforced concrete, bunkers and other tough looking buildings have 8 STRUCTURE
Unusually tough buildings may be given 12 STRUCTURE.

UNITS
Each unit also has a dollar value. For one-off battles, use this to make a balanced fight. For campaigns, this is the cost for buying the unit. Sell value is 1/3 of this.
