Englebert Dillinger

I presume he got involved in Vig. due to Martin (who is his uncle I think, if not Duncan will correct me.)
(Hoody got Engle involved in Vig. before disappearing - Duncan)
He's also related to Hoody (his dad?) (Yes, his dad - Duncan.)
I think this is where Engle gets his dress sense from. (Yes - Duncan.)
I don't think anyone really understands Engle (if anyone its got to be Jan and Fred) (How did they meet him, Duncan?) (Engle was assigned to the same squad as J+F -Duncan.)
He's also a mutant with some weird powers (something else for you Duncan.) (See below -Duncan.)
Engle is a bit of a silly person really. Almost certain to do something strange in a story. Has a tendancy to take things apart and also build gadgets.
He wears a hood, so I don't know exactly what he looks like. He's rather short I do believe.
I think he's the most likely to panic out of the J.E.F. 3. I think he's got a pet rubber duck (appears in The Death Of Jan Doyle) (Except it doesn't; it's in Raid40000)

He's still young (late teens) and so still attends school (or rather, pretends to.)
I believe all his wierdness is a psychological problem; he is tying to distance himself from others, probably due to childhood experiences.
He has mutated eyes; can see into the infrared and ultraviolet wavelengths.
