LordObi's favorite place to unwind after a trip for the Crown and sometime place of rest and recuperation for CaptainDrake. At the corner of Thinpenny Way and Water Crossing it's close enough to the merchants' quarter of AmberCity that the docks' odors don't linger on his clothes too much, but close enough to still get colorful clientel. It's run by an aged mariner named ProctorNorwood.
