Harry Potter

Polls on CFO state that more people involved in CFUD are familiar with Harry Potter than Star Wars, so I assume the vast majority of you already know what this is about.

For the, like, three of you that don't (j/k):

Witches and Wizards exist, but hide themselves and their world from Muggles (people without magic).

Years ago a wizard named Tom Marvolo Riddle became the "Dark Lord" know as Voldemort and killed/tortured/terrorized a lot or people.

Then he tried to kill a baby named Harry Potter and for then unknown reasons his killing spell rebound onto him but (for now known reasons) he didn't die, but lost his body and powers.

Harry was raised by his Muggle relatives (Voldemort killed his parents) with no knowledge of the magic world.

At age 11 Harry learns he's a wizard and is accepted to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Unfortunately, Vordemort is regaining his strength.

And thus begins Book 1.

(And that was not suppose to be that long... And is now slightly less relevant as Harry has been dropped ;_;.)
