Fruits Basket

Fruits Basket is a series about a bunch of pretty, incestuous sexual deviants who alternate trying to score with each other and attempting to score with one Honda Tohru. The Sohmas are cursed to turn into animals of the Chinese Zodiac when they're hugged. For some reason, they see this as being the worst thing ever...well, that and the abuse from Akito. Akito has Issues. She shipped Harry/Hermione, y'see.

Tohru's bitch. She's a psychic who sees "waves". No, we don't know what that means either because Takaya-sensei sucks at explaining this stuff, but she seems to get high when around the Sohmas. She's also good at playing poker and loves Shigure's books. Yes, the ones with the porn in them.

Honda Tohru

Tohru tops. Yes, even Akito.

Older brother of Yuki, Ayame turns into the snake. By shoujo magic, he manages to appear inside girls' bras. We do not ask. But if you DID, he'd highly recommend Haruhi's. His current hobbies include tormenting his family, tormenting his not!family, enjoying his not!boyfriend, and knitting exciting underwear.

Sohma Hatori

Hatori was born to be badtouched by practically everyone, including his God and best friends.

Sohma Kagura

Sohma Kyou

The Sohmas being the only family in the world who hates Kittenbreak.com, Kyou has grown up to be somewhat of a hothead who's still cuddly like a kitten. He does not like this fact being acted upon or, really, even pointed out.

Sohma Rin

Rin is well known for her piercing stare, her quick temper, and most of all, her ability to top Hatsuharu. (And be topped by Akiha on a regular basis.) Of all the Sohma females, she's unarguably the most fashionable! The bitch has returned to the bitch boots. You love it, go.

Sohma Ritsu

RITSU IS SORRY HE DIDN'T HAVE A DESCRIPTION HERE EARLIER! HE WILL TRY NOT TO SHAME THE FAMILY ANY MORE BY HIS LACK OF DESCRIPTION!

Sohma Shigure

Who could say what Shigure is thinking? . . .If you guessed "young schoolgirls", you were probably right.

Sohma Yuki

Yuki, mouse of the zodiac, voice of reason and occasional snark. He'll be sitting way over there away from the rest of you in the sane corner. Thanks.

Sohma Hiro

The cutest snarky bastard you ever did see. Is also Kisa's bitch.

Roxas

Although only a Sohma by adoption, Roxas fits in just as well as if he were born to the family. May or may not be Hatsuharu's son, depending on your sources.

Li/Hei

Another adopted Sohma, Li does a great service to the family by the simple benefit of being a walking taser. Shigure likes it, really.



The Sohmas adore locking their threads. In fact, you can amuse yourself by timing how quickly a thread involving a Sohma will get locked... if you're very bored. (It's ten minutes.)
