The story of three little boys in shouta shorts- the rich and intelligent (if crazy) Nokoru, his ninja bodyguard Suoh, and Akira, who is a good cook and secretly a Phantom Thief. Together, THEY FIGHT CRIME. Or, uh, solve mysteries, actually.
