Usagi Miyako was present in Galveston prior to its early burning, and returned in the company of Seamus O'Shea shortly thereafter.
She was the first Master of Elysium during the praxis of Prince Van der Decken, beginning in the early 19th Century, and has held such position every since.
A member of the small and enigmatic Covenant of the Children of Discord, Miyako resides at the House of Discord as it has come to be called over the years, where she often hosts tea parties, croquet matches, and cricket games.
Miyako owns and operates The Embrace, a nightclub and S&M Club in the Montrose area of Houston.
She is seen regularly in traditional kimono, gothic fetish wear, or designer evening gowns, and almost never in anything in between. She also seems to have embraced the modern stereotypical Japanese "anime girl" image, and is always seen wearing costume bunny ears, cat ears, or the like.
