Seamus is an eccentric -perhaps a tad mad- and somewhat anacronistic Gangrel. A former pirate, he is obsessed with steam-powered gadgets of great complexity, and is also a highly-skilled carpenter, especially of ships.

Seamus' steam-powered automobile regularly wins awards at the Houston Art Car Parade, and he also fashioned the Difference Engine which does inexplicable things at the House of Discord.
