Sandra V is what some might call an "upstart" Carthian. She runs The Club, the city's most acclaimed nightclub, located at the top of the Transco Tower downtown. She seems to meddle in small revolutions and disrupt traditional Kindred politics far less than most of her Covenant, which is likely why she has little prestige amongst them. The same cannot be said of her prestige within the city, however. Though quite young, and a Carthian, she has made a comfortably respected place for herself in the city.

Soon after her embrace, the former hollywood starlet came to Houston, became the lover of Hans Schluter, and proceeded to become quite comfortable. She is known to have a bitter hatred and rivalry with Gillarmo Diaz.
