Brief Venue History:
The current court of Houston is actually originally the court of Galveston. After the hurricane of 1900 leveled Galveston the surviving court members left Galveston and invested their energies into the city of Houston. While there were a few vampires already present in Houston at this time they were swiftly brought under control or disappeared.
The court of Houston has since been controlled by those who lead the original mission to seize control of Houston. Vampires who have arrived since then have far to go in proving themselves.
Rule Clarifications:
Retainers: A retainer will never be given more points of merits then the retainer itself is worth. The only supernatural retainers allowed at this time are ghouls. Ghouls will be given stats as if they are a normal mortal retainer worth one less point then the value of the ghoul with the addition of an appropriate amount of discipline(s). Out of domain players are advised that the local STs reserves the right to tone down or deny the use of overpowered retainers in the local venue.
Status: For now please see the MST site on approval levels for status at the start of the chronicle.
Theban Sorcery: Transmutation -
An object can not be larger then the caster either before or after the use of this ritual. A caster's Size when casting this ritual is either the Size of their normal human form or the Size of their current form, whichever is less. For now, in cases where it unclear if the target is smaller then the caster (Size stat is equal) the legality of the ritual will be left to the STs discretion for making the best story.
