P. Jack is undeniably a member of clan Nosferatu. Other than that little is known of him. He was first seen in Houston in late 2004 claiming to have arrived in the United States from Russia by way of Bermuda.

P. Jack is often seen wearing a floral shirt and his trusty woven straw hat while complaining about the unbearable heat of Houston.
