Many eons ago, when Mel'heron was young, a Goddess named Thrungeedia was most powerful, for she was the Goddess of Justice, Law, Rule and Power. He church was by far more worshipped then any other god or goddess. This made all the other gods envy her(even the good ones), so they banned together and dethroned her. For centuries she hid, but once she returned, she craved revenge on the world that had spurned her. Creating the Thrun Horde, she would use her followers as a spearhead for her vengence. Power, Dominance, and Might are the words in which the Thrun horde lives.

Just at the mere mention of the Thrun Horde panics most common folk. For centuries they have spread there influence and power. Easy to recognize by the crimson red armor they have become the strongest military force in the Realm except for perhaps the Old Empire or Falighn Empire.

Fanatically worshipping and serving Thrungeedia the Goddess of Power and Might they do her every bidding. Lead by ten great arch-priests the Thruns are one. Nine Red Maidens (all women and deserving the title maiden)rule over there nine great armies each attempting to gain more power and glory in the name of Thrungeedia, then the other. Only one Red Maiden is known to the people of Saphage, Jember of the Seven. She is the Seventh in line of power and has tried numberous times to concure Saphage (even going as far as bending her knee to Orgorgon to achieve victory). Recently she was captured by Treegum, tho disappeared during the Drow invasion.

One priest rules the Nine Maidens and the Horde with a red iron fist. Jadra'hark, the first male and most powerful Choosen of Thrungeedia ever to live. In his Two-hundred years of ruling the Thruns he has doubled there influence and power throughout the realm. He directly speaks with Thrungeedia on a regular basis and makes her will into reality. His title is that of Arch-Mythos (priest of priests), and is a well known figure on the mainland. Calculating, cunning and a master military tactition, he is the embodiment of power.

Besides the 10 great arch-priests the Thruns have many other great names they call allies for mutual benefit. Amoung these alliies are names like, Gaunt the Greenstorm (leader of Greenskins), Haaster of Cutlace Prime and Orgorgon the Helldrake. These powerful beings have been a great use to the Horde, even going as far as leading there armies. Recently, infact Orgorgon using the Thruns forces to gain Saphage was defeated and the Thrun Horde suffered its third defeat in centuries. This angered Jadra'hark gretaly and now names Orgorgon an enemy.

Power, might and glory are the creed of the Thruns, tho they do possess a twisted code of honor. They will not invade uneless there is gain and or glory to be had. They do not tolerate senceless violence or cruelty to the weak. The weak are to be used as tools, simple as that. Also, one normally will never go back on there word. Lies and deceit are tools to the weak. Power is the only truth.
