Fennie has a small stand/stall within the bounds of Treegum, that offers the most basic of goods. However does not include weaponary of sorts, she holds many miscellaneous items that vary from crafting compenents, bags and a handful of potions. Fennie's supplier is not known except maybe only to George, whom has a stand directly across from her and then both stand to make quite a profit respectively.
