The Council of Eveningfall

This is a group of well respected and/or influential citizens of Eveningfall. They are charged with the defense and well being of the Vale and are able to issue commands to the High Guard of Eveningfall. Prior to the council's formation, Eveningfall was led by Lady Tylner, a powerful and wise elf who steered the people through many crises until her mysterious death at the hands of an unknown assassin.
