This half-drow, by the name of Drellzert as the name suggests, and his tower can be found in the Savage Peaks. He offers numberous and various different magical items that may appeal to wizards or sorcerers. Unlike most it is said he has an open mind as to the view of the arcane/weave, and with that has a large repertoire to suit any area of the arcane that is studyied.
