Construction on Kopernik Square

Interesting places in Opole is in my opinion Kopernik Square,
where building is set.
Few years ago investors found it profitable to build there huge parking,
idea sound sensible becouse investition was about to be placed in the
center of town, where car traffic seems to be a problem nowadays.
All in all that plan appeard to be large mistake.
Investition costed few milions, but never ended.
Funds gone out, and it became obvious that this building will never end.
After few months new investor with new vision came.
What he had to do was to demolish all old structure which costed another few milions!
Now we can all see growing new building there.
It is about to be a shopping center situated in there.
Mall in the heart of the city? Why not. Seems good.
But we will all see how the story of this idea ends.
Maybe this investor will have to change his plans too? Time will show...
